Adolfs Event Center & Tavern Owner Frank Dominguez Wins Two Chili Cook-off Competitions

Do you love a great green chili? How does a white bean green chili with pork or chicken sound? Frank Dominguez owner of Adolfs Event Center & Tavern has created a delicious green chili. The chili is made with fresh ingredients and is slowly simmered all day. Recently Frank’s chili has won two chili contests. The first was the Grand County Chamber of Commerce chili cook-off. Each town’s chambers submitted a chili and Frank’s chili took home the honors for the Fraser Valley Winter Park Chamber of Commerce. The second victory came at the East Grand Fire Districts annual chili cook-off.   Nothing tastes better after a great day of skiing then a great bowl of chili served with grated cheese and warm tortillas with butter.
